Here's a list of things that Azerbaijan does not have and a list of things it has but it might cost more or be different.  I suggest that if you are preparing to come here read through the things that you cannot get here and try some of the alternatives (i.e. the ranch dressing recipe) and see if they work for you to decide if the alternative works for you or if you want to bring those things with you.
